Altar Breads and Wine - We offer the opportunity for the Altar Bread and Wine to be memorialized for a loved one. Donations can be made for these in memory of loved ones both living and deceased for one week. An acknowledgement of your memorial will appear in the Sunday bulletin and we offer a card that can be given to the family of the loved one. The suggested donation is $50.00.

Candle - We offer the opportunity for Votive Candles (Holy Family, St. Patrick, St. Anthony, St. Frances Xavier Cabrini, St. Elizabeth Ann Seton, St. Paula Frassinetti and the Sanctuary Lamp) to be memorialized for a loved one. Donations can be made for these in memory of loved ones both living and deceased for one week. An acknowledgement of your memorial will appear in the Sunday bulletin and we offer a card that can be given to the family of the loved one. The suggested donation is $20.00.

 Memorial Candle - ALL 66 candles have been dedicated, please call the Parish Office to put your name on a wait list - We offer the opportunity for Memorial Votive Candles to be memorialized with a plaque for a loved one. Donations can be made for these in memory of loved ones both living and deceased for one year. An acknowledgement of your memorial will appear in the Sunday bulletin and we offer a card that can be given to the family of the loved one. Christmas Wreath Memorials (November only) - We offer the opportunity for a Christmas Wreath to be memoralized for a loved one during the Christmas Season. Order forms are available by clicking HERE.  The suggested donation is $75.00 (2023 price).

Commemorative Hymnals- We offer the opportunity for Hymnals in the Church and Worship Center to be memorialized for a loved one. Donations can be made for these in memory of loved ones both living and deceased for the celebration of a Sacrament, Wedding, Birthday or unanswered prayer as well as in loving memory of a deceased loved one. An acknowledgement of your memorial will appear in the Sunday bulletin and we offer a card that can be given to the family of the loved one. The suggested donation is $25.00.

Commemorative Pavers - This is a wonderful way that we, as a community, can create a lasting legacy. Commemorative bricks are a perfect way to acknowledge special achievements - baptisms, marriages, graduations, brithdays, or other joyous occasions, or to memorialize a loved one.  Order forms are avalable at the Parish Office or by clicking HERE.  The suggested donation is $300.00

Commemorative Tree of Life - This is a wonderful way that we, as a community, can create a lasting legacy. Commemorative Dove, Gold, Silver or Bronze Leaf are a perfect way to acknowledge special achievements - baptisms, marriages, graduations, brithdays, or other joyous occasions, or to memorialize a loved one.  Order forms are avalable at the Parish Office or by clicking HERE.  The suggested donation is Gold-$500.00 (TAKEN); Silver-$300.00; Bronze-$200.00

Mass Cards - Mass intentions can be requested for loved ones, both living and deceased. An announced Mass refers to a Mass celebrated on a specific day and time where your loved one's name will be remembered during the Paryer of the Faithful.
