All 8th Grade Confirmation Paperwork, Assignments and Sacrament Fee due Tues., Sept 23, 2025.  If you misplace the Handbook we'll give out on May 27, you can find it below by downloading and printing it out. Everything must be completed in its entirety. As a special note, the Sponsor Form must be signed by the Sponsor's Pastor and also have their Parish Seal (page 5)  We cannot accept any Sponsor forms that are not filled out in their entirety.
